General Guidelines

  • General guidelines applies to all kinds of commissions.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or refund commission requests I do not want to do, or not confident of doing

  • Should the client decide on cancelling the request, I shall be informed within 48 hours of the acceptance so that a slot will be available for others.

  • The commission will be purely digital goods. No shipping or printing will take place.

  • I will work at my own pace. (expect between a week to a month on average after confirming that I have started)

  • Please let me know if you have a hard deadline! (I will not do it if I don't feel like I can complete it on time)

  • I own all rights over the completed work, which allows me to post the piece for self-promotion/portfolio purposes. You may however, ask me to withhold from posting, and I will comply.

  • Major revisions are not allowed after the draft has been approved by the client.

  • By commissioning me, the client is automatically considered to have agreed to my terms of service.

  • Should the client have any special requests regarding the terms, feel free to contact me so we can draft up a special T.O.S.

I Will Not Do

  • furries (convince me)

  • heavy mech/armor (light armor is fine)

  • anything that would require me to come up with my own design

Payments

  • The client must pay after they approved the draft before I will continue working.

  • The client may choose to pay 50% down payment before completion, but they will recieve the finished product only upon full payment.

Revisions

  • I will allow up to 5 revisions during the sketch and color stage

  • Any major revisions after that will have an additional fee of $10-$20.

  • I will only make small changes like markings and color adjustments once the illustration is finished.

Deadlines & Delivery

  • I will be working on my own pace which will take AT LEAST a week after I start working on the commission because I am also busy with other responsibilities.

Usage Rights

  • The client/commissioner (or anyone else) is not allowed and does not have the right to mint or sell the commission as NFT.

  • The client/commissioner (or anyone else) is not allowed to use any of my art for AI training.

  • The client/commissioner is not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.

  • Should the client repost the commission anywhere, I shall be credited/linked (on the appropriate SNS) as the artist.

  • The client may use the finished artwork for personal use such as social media profile pictures, stream schedules, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers.

  • The client may also print as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your personal uses.

  • Should the client be interested in using my illustrations for commercial use, please let me know so we can discuss the terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

  • If the commission is fan art of a character from a game/anime of the sort, I might sell it at conventions.

  • Commercial-type commissions are 2x - 5x the base price; the rate will increase depending on the project.

WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?

  • Merchandise

  • Art / Graphic made for shops or any business-related work/ original domain websites.

  • Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.

  • YouTube / Twitch assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms. (depends on your scale as a content creator)

Refunds

  • All commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't started on the commission yet.

Skeb-like commission T.O.S

What is a skeb-like commission?

  • This service loans its name from a japanese website called Skeb wherein people can request artist to draw something for an amount of their own specification

  • The commissioner gives a prompt, references, and an amount they're willing to pay.

  • The artist will adjust the effort and quality they give into the work based on the amount given by the commissioner.

  • There will be no back-to-back between commissioner and artist. The commissioner will only recieve the finished product.

NOTE

  • Please understand that what you get will be PURELY based on the value and the description and references you gave.

I WILL NOT DO

  • r18/nsfw content (maybe)

  • offensive content

  • furries (convince me)

  • heavy mech/armor (light armor is fine)

  • anything that would require me to come up with my own design

Payments

  • Full payment shall be made upfront

Revisions

  • There will be no revisions for this kind of commission

NOTE

  • Design commissions are automatically regarded as for commercial use.

  • The client must provide necessary references for the mood board. The mood board will be a joint effort of the client and the artist.

  • Price may vary depending on the scale of the client. There might be a need to draft up different terms for corporate clients.

Revisions

  • The client will be provided multiple drafts from which they will choose

  • The client must mention all their revision requests in the drafting phase.

  • The client may request as many revisions as needed within reason only during the drafting phase.

  • Once a draft has been approved by the client, any further revisions will not be accepted save for minor adjustments and add-ons.

Deadlines & Delivery

  • I will be working on my own pace. I am also busy with other things in life. Depending on the nature of the design, it could take months.

Intelectual property rights

  • The client/commissioner will hold the rights to the design, however due credit must be given to me as the designer.

  • Should the design be intended for large scale commercial use, there might be a need to discuss additional terms about compensation which may be in the form of royalties or added fees depending on the scale of the client. (This mainly applies to corporate clients)

Usage Rights

  • The client/commissioner (or anyone else) is not allowed and does not have the right to mint or sell the commission as NFT.

  • The client/commissioner (or anyone else) is not allowed to use any of my art for AI training.

  • The client/commissioner is not allowed to claim my design as their own work

NOTE

  • Video Resolution will be in Full HD 1080p, 24fps

  • File format will be in .mp4

  • The Client May give a reference video for me to follow as a guide.

  • The Client must provide all the assets necessary for the video. I will not provide extra assets for free.

Payments

  • The client must pay before I will start working.

  • The client may choose to pay 50% down payment before completion, but they will recieve the finished product only upon full payment.

Revisions

  • The client may ask up to 5 revisions

  • More revisions will incur extra fees

  • There will be no revisions to the concept after I have started working.

  • Should the client upload the commissioned video anywhere, I shall be credited/linked as the video editor.
