If you're cancelling the request, please inform me within 48 hours of the acceptance so that a slot will be available for others.

The commission will be purely digital goods. No shipping or printing will take place.

I will work at my own pace. (expect between a week to a month on average after confirming that I have started)

Please let me know if you have a hard deadline! (I will not do it if I don't feel like I can complete it on time)

I own all rights over the completed work, which allows me to post the piece for self-promotion/portfolio purposes. You may however, ask me to withhold from posting, and I will comply.

Major revisions are not allowed after the draft has been approved by the client.

I will allow up to 5 revisions during the sketch and color stage

Any major revisions after that will have an additional fee of $10-$20.

I will only make small changes like markings and color adjustments once the illustration is finished.

I will be working on my own pace which will take AT LEAST a week after I start working on your commission because I am also busy with other responsibilities.

The client/commissioner (or anyone else) is not allowed and does not have the right to mint or sell the commission as NFT.

The client/commissioner (or anyone else) is not allowed to use any of my art for AI training.

You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.

If you are to repost the commission anywhere, you will credit/link me (@0KuroShii on twitter) as the artist.

You may use the finished artwork for personal use such as social media profile pictures, stream schedules, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers.

You may also print as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your personal uses.

If you are interested in using my illustrations for commercial use, please let me know so we can discuss the terms. (Don't worry, I might be lenient about this)

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

If the commission is fan art of a character from a game/anime of the sort, I might sell it at conventions.

Commercial-type commissions are 2x - 5x the base price; the rate will increase depending on the project.

Merchandise

Art / Graphic made for shops or any business-related work/ original domain websites.

Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.

YouTube / Twitch assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.

All commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't started on the commission yet.
